Fitting out tenements and common areas
Dome Fit-out has many years of experience in fitting out and rebuilding tenements and common spaces in commercial properties. Project management
Dome Fit-out experts have extensive experience in the complete implementation of complex projects, whether it is about upgrading or renovating an existing building. The purpose of our service is to ease our clients’ burden of carrying out tasks that are not part of their day-to-day business. In cooperation with our clients and the future users of the real estate, we keep the entire process under control, from the preparation of concept design to the handover of the space fit out as required by the clients. As part of our project management activity, we are developing alternatives, delivering feasibility studies for several possible locations, including analyses of schedules, budgets and cash flow. Throughout the process, our expertise is at our clients’ disposal to support decision-making. In order to achieve the chosen solution, we manage the architectural and engineering planning process, the necessary coordination and authorization procedure with the authorities, and we prepare detailed budget allocation. When choosing the subcontractors to be involved in the construction, we pay special attention to ensure high quality, delivery by deadline and budget compliance. We professionally manage the construction and the technical review, and after delivery we undertake to coordinate all eventual rectification and guarantee works.
Interior design
Interior design is a complex design process, in which we implement each phase based on the detailed consultation with our clients. After the on-site survey we clarify the tasks and determine the needs. Next, we draw up conceptual plans that primarily contain floor plans and drafts, together with different material proposals, thus helping our clients to make their own decisions during the design phase. In the second phase, based on the concept plans, we prepare the tender plans that already contain specific interior design and furnishing plans, and the finalized costs. As a final phase of the interior design planning process, we prepare the construction design documentation. This is the final document of the design phase, which contains the detailed technical drawings and the final 3D visual concepts.
Independent engineering consultancy
Within the framework of engineering consultancy our experts prepare, monitor and evaluate the realization of the project representing the interests of our clients regarding any kind of investment. We offer services to clients who want to reduce the financial and technical risks of their investment by entrusting specialists with appropriate experience and expertise to supervise the implementation of the investment. During the provision of engineering and expert services, we continuously keep our clients informed about the state of the investment; we examine technical conditions of the concluded contracts, control contractual implementation, realization and the related guarantees. On behalf and in the interest of our client, we monitor the implementation of the project, in particular regarding the harmonization of the investment’s technical content and the construction drawings, the budget and the schedule. Furthermore, we ensure that the technical documentation is fully available and complies with the legislative provisions and the authorizations.
